Elevate Your Acting Skills in our Casting Workshop with Lucy Kate Smith!
Lucy moved to London from Rochdale in 2013 to study English Literature at King’s College London. She then went on to start a career in play and performance publishing at independent publishing house, Oberon Books. Having been quickly promoted to Commissioning Editor, she decided that the she wanted to work more closely with actors and moved over into casting in 2018.
Lucy brings 7 years’ worth of casting experience to her role as casting director/associate. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion on screen, and places much importance on nurturing talent from underrepresented backgrounds who may not necessarily have a prior connection to the industry.
