Elevate Your Acting Skills in our Agent Workshop with Joi Rouncefield from Simon & Hows Talent Agency!
Joi graduated from ALRA North in 2014 before pursuing a career in Talent Management.
She progressed from Assistant to Lead Agent at a well-established Manchester agency before joining Simon & How in 2024. She now splits her time between her home in the North and the London office and has a diverse list of clients working across TV, Film, Theatre and Advertising. As a neurodivergent creative, Joi is passionate about supporting individuality and championing actors from all backgrounds.
