Elevate Your Acting Skills in our Casting Workshop with Indepedent Talent Group Agent Frankie Livesey!

Frankie has had several jobs at different production companies before she started working at Independent Talent Group as a runner in 2018. Shortly after she started working casting, assisting and covering each office and learning how differently they all work. In 2019 Frankie started working in a team of 4 looking after an excellent and exciting client list as well as looking for new talent to represent.

Independent Talent Group represent artists from Jodie Comber, Colin Firth, Daniel Craig, Ian McKellen and many more!

What's In Store For You?

🔹 Selection of scenes sent on booking OR choose your own scene: We will send you a selection of scripts on your confirmation email. Otherwise feel free to to use a piece you know or explore the BBC Script Library at BBC Script Library. Scripts should be no longer than 2.5 minutes (about 2 pages) and must comply with NDAs and privacy settings.

🔹 Personalised Feedback: Frankie will review your self-tape and provide you with tailored detailed feedback. Expect feedback that is insightful and actionable for future selftape requests. Spotlight, Mandy, and other Casting Databases serve as an actor's shopfront. Frankie will thoroughly explore your profile, extracting any insights she believes will assist you in securing future opportunities with casting directors and agents. Your feedback will be shared privately via email in written, voice notes, or pre-recorded video format. It's all about convenience!

🔹 Live Zoom Session: Connect with Frankie in a interactive Zoom session. Receive general insights, share your experiences, and ask any burning questions you may have about acting or the casting process.

🔹 Special Mention and Cash Prize: Chance to win a £100 cash prize! Frankie will select a performer from the workshop who she considers a special mention. Four special mention actor tapes are uploaded to our social media and voted for by our followers. The winner takes home £100!

*If selected, participating in the special mention competition is entirely up to you.

📆 Important dates :

Today - Scene sent to you or start selecting your own scene to work on! Please make sure this is a maximum of 2.5 minutes long - this equates to roughly 2 pages. We cannot accept any tapes longer than this and can only accept one version. A great place to find scenes to work on is HERE.

Sunday 15th September - Deadline for selftapes sent to us.

Monday 23rd September - Feedback from Frankie emailed to you with the Zoom Q&A link.

TBC at 7:30pm - Zoom meeting with Frankie - This will also be recorded and sent out.
