Led by Aimie Duggan who is an accredited transpersonal coach and advocate for self-care. When she's not working with clients you can find her talking about the periods, tarot, exploring her dual-heritage roots, and embracing the power of play!
Who is it for: This workshop is for female-aligned people who have experienced trauma “big” or “small”.
In this workshop we will explore:
What trauma is and how it affects the body, mind & emotions
The best self-care practices for trauma recovery
How you can safely support yourself and others who are healing
This workshop will include:
Meditation & embodiment exercises
Journaling and self-inquiry
Paired work (you can always opt out!)
